This NAAC accredited teacher education institution is having M.Ed,B.Ed and D.El.Ed course and is functioning very effectively by servicing the society .The main aim of our Teacher Education Programme is developing effective teacher with leadership skill service mindedness multifaceted capabilities in problem solving social commitment etc. For attaining the values and skills for overall development of these future citizens the college provides many curricular co-curricular and social activities during their course.
For the first time University of kerala started NSS unit for training colleges in 2023 .One unit of 50 students of NSS unit started functioning in the academic year 2023-2024 in this College.My special congratulations to the NSS co-ordinators and the volunteers for their exemplary activities during the year
The college started preparation for NAAC reaccreditation process and is looking forward to start ITEP in the college before 2030 as laid down by NET 2020 .We are starting Montessori teachers training programme and Continuing Education unit of centre for Adult , Continuing and Extension Universiy of Kerala during this academic year I extend once again my sincere thankfulness to all members of FMTC family .Expecting your support and prayers for the efficient functioning of the college .
