Library:

The college has a well stacked library with vast collection of books ,encyclopedias ,National and International journals and M.Ed dissertations  . Internet and photocopying facility is available in the library. The book bank facility in the library is utilized by deserving students. The student teachers make use of journals ,periodicals and reference materials provided in the library to augment their learning process.

The total number of books in the library are 10337. Around 30 journals ,periodicals are available in the library. The Educational Cd’s in the library are 467.

Lab Facilities

The college has well equipped Computer lab,Technology lab,Psychology lab and Science lab for the practical training of prospective teachersThe various labs viz technology lab, computer lab, psychology lab provide opportunities for the student teachers to engage in practical work contributing to self management of knowledge and skill development.

Technology Lab

The college have well equipped technology lab with DLP, OHP, Slide Projector, Video Camera,Digital Camera,Multimedia Projector, Television, LCD Projector and DVD,Tape Recorder.

Psychology Lab

We have a modernized, fully furnished and well equipped Psychology Lab, which help the trainees to engage in practical works supplementing theory classes. Our lab consists of various apparatus,psychological tests, Photographs of eminent psychologists, Flex board and a Bullettin Board. A separate period is allotted to the students for lab work .

General Rules 

  • All students should be present in the college at least 5 minutes before the assembly time which is at 9.45 AM .Late arrival will be considered as demerit.
  • It is mandatory for all students to follow the rules and regulations of Anti-Ragging cell and Anti-Sexual Harassment cell instructed by UGC and the Honourable supreme court.
  • All students have to strictly adhere to the instructions,regarding college uniform on Monday & Friday.
  • If a student happens to be on leave on a particular day,he/she must produce the leave letter on the very next day duly signed by the subject teacher in-charge and hand it over to the principal.
  • The teacher trainees must be modest in their behaviour.
  • The college as well as the classrooms must have to be kept neat and clean.
  • The teacher trainees should have to strictly obey all the instructions given by the principal as well as the teachers in- charge
  • It is compulsory that all the teacher trainees must attend and participate in all the activities and celebrations conducted in the college
  • Fine shall be charged from the students for the loss or damage done to the college properties.
  • The teacher-trainees should not misuse water and electricity.
  • The students are expected to maintain a very high order of discipline.
  • No student shall leave the lecture hall without the permission of the educator until the class is dismissed.
  • Habitual negligence of college work,dishonesty,obscenity in word or act,disobedience and misconduct will be severely dealt with.
